LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

 

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is entered into between Alex Mos (Performer) and the Client identified in the form below.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

• The Performer agrees to provide live music performance services for the event during the agreed time period.  

• The Performer will provide the Client with a full repertoire list prior to the event. The Client may select preferred songs from this repertoire via the Performer's website or provided link.

• The Performer may prepare up to three (3) additional songs not included in the standard repertoire, subject to reasonable notice.

• Live saxophone sets will be delivered during the agreed performance periods. The Performer provides approximately 50-55 minutes of live music per performance hour. Any extended gaps between sets (exceeding 20 minutes) are considered 'wait time' and must be agreed upon in advance as part of the total coverage.

3. COMPENSATION & OVERTIME

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required to secure the date. The date is officially reserved only upon receipt of the deposit.

• Balance: The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.

• Overtime: Additional performance time is subject to the Performer’s availability at a rate of $450 per hour (billed in 30-minute increments).

4. CANCELLATION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• If the Client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event require full payment of the remaining balance. If the Performer is unable to perform due to an emergency, all payments will be fully refunded.

• Performance Area: The Client agrees to provide a safe, level performance area with protection from direct sunlight and rain for outdoor events.

• Force Majeure: The Performer shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control (extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions).

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Debit / Credit Card Payments: Accepted directly through the website. Please note that all card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

• Fee-Free Options: To avoid the processing fee, the Client may use one of the following digital methods. Please ensure the recipient details are entered exactly as shown:

• Zelle: booking@alexmos.net

• Venmo: @alexmosnet

• Cash App: $alexmosnet

• Apple Pay: booking@alexmos.net

Note on Verification: For Zelle and Apple Pay transactions, please verify the email address carefully. Upon entering the payment details, the recipient’s name will appear as the officially registered account holder on file with the bank. Please proceed with the payment as long as the email matches.
